AI integrations · MCP
CraftIQ's backend includes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface for authorized compatible clients to work with selected marketing data and actions through CraftIQ's application rules.
MCP requests require authentication and the relevant read, write, or AI scope. Requests are rate-limited; workspace-scoped tool calls are audited and require workspace membership. Campaign creation and AI generation remain subject to existing authorization and billing controls.
These capabilities correspond to tools registered in CraftIQ's backend. What a client can do depends on the credentials and scopes granted to it.

CraftIQ's MCP endpoint is implemented at the API path /mcp/. The production API origin and client-specific authorization setup must be configured for your deployment. We are not publishing a copy-and-paste server URL until the production endpoint and OAuth setup have been verified.
For ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible AI client, availability depends on support for remote MCP connections and the authentication configuration enabled for your CraftIQ account. Do not share access tokens or configure a client with an unverified endpoint.
