Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 October 2026

These terms describe the basic rules for using CraftIQ, an AI-assisted marketing workspace. By accessing or using the service, you agree to follow applicable laws and these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and authority to act for any business or organization you represent. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information where requested, and promptly address unauthorized access. Authentication and account identity may be provided through an external identity service.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain responsibility for the content, brand assets, data, prompts, and other materials you submit or connect. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them and to authorize CraftIQ and its configured service providers to process them for the features you request. Do not upload unlawful material or information you are not authorized to share.

3. AI-generated output

AI-generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, spending money, contacting audiences, making claims, or relying on them for legal, financial, health, or other consequential decisions. You should independently verify facts, permissions, claims, and compliance with platform rules.

4. Publishing, integrations, and automated actions

Connected platforms may impose their own terms, limits, permissions, and availability requirements. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for ensuring that content and actions comply with the relevant platform's rules and applicable law. Review proposed actions and confirm that you have authorized them before execution. CraftIQ cannot guarantee that an external platform will accept, display, or retain a submission.

5. Acceptable use and service protection

Do not use CraftIQ to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute malware or deceptive content, abuse integrations, interfere with service operation, bypass access controls or usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, subject to applicable law and any binding agreement.

6. Plans, credits, and payments

Available features, plan limits, AI credits, and payment terms are those actually displayed in the product or agreed with you at the time of purchase. A plan name or usage allowance on a public page is not a promise that a paid price, payment method, or subscription feature is available in every region. Before purchase, review the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented in the checkout or order.

If those details are not presented before payment, do not assume that a payment or subscription has been agreed. Any order-specific terms take precedence only to the extent they expressly say so and are legally enforceable.

7. Third-party services

CraftIQ may depend on third-party identity, hosting, AI, payment, communication, and publishing services. Those services may be subject to separate terms and can change or become unavailable independently of CraftIQ. We do not claim to control third-party services or their policies.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change as the service develops. We will take reasonable care when making changes, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every integration will work in every environment. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that AI outputs will be suitable for a particular purpose or that a third-party platform will perform as expected. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any additional limitations, warranties, indemnities, and liability caps must be reviewed against the operator's actual legal entity and applicable law before publication.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or ended where required by law, where these terms are materially breached, or where necessary to protect the service or others. The effects of termination on stored data, paid plans, and credits depend on the product's actual controls and the terms shown at purchase.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate website or product notice. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Before launch

The service operator must confirm the contracting legal entity, jurisdiction and dispute process, support contact, subscription cancellation/refund rules, and actual liability terms before approving this page as final legal copy. This page is a product-focused draft, not legal advice.
